Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PrintEasy platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nature of the Platform (Our Role)
PrintEasy is a technology platform that facilitates communication and file transfer between users (“Customers”) and independent, third-party print service providers (“Print Partners”).
PrintEasy does not provide physical printing services.
PrintEasy does not own, operate, or control any Print Partner.
Any physical printing service is a direct commercial arrangement between you and the selected Print Partner.
PrintEasy’s role is strictly limited to enabling secure file transfer and communication for order fulfillment.
File Handling and Processing
3.1 Limited License
By uploading your documents or images (“User Content”), you grant PrintEasy a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license strictly to process, encrypt, and route your content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your print request.
3.2 The "Transmit and Delete" Model
To protect your privacy, PrintEasy operates on a strict data minimization framework:
- • Files are processed temporarily on our servers only to complete your order routing.
- • Files are automatically deleted from our active systems promptly after order completion, cancellation, or expiration.
- • PrintEasy does not provide long-term cloud storage, backup, or archival services for your files.
Role and Responsibility for Print Services
Independent Operations: Print Partners operate entirely independent businesses.
Assumption of Handling: Once files are successfully transmitted to the designated shop, the Print Partner assumes primary responsibility for the execution, local handling, and secure storage of your files.
No Guarantee of Vendor Actions: PrintEasy undertakes reasonable due diligence to onboard reliable partners and enforces contractual privacy standards. However, we do not directly supervise their daily operations and cannot guarantee their physical performance, employee conduct, or internal security practices.
Data and File Security
PrintEasy implements robust, industry-standard technical safeguards, including end-to-end encryption during the transmission of your files. However, you acknowledge that:
- • No internet-connected system can be completely secure.
- • Print Partners operate their own hardware outside of PrintEasy’s digital infrastructure.
- • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintEasy is not legally responsible for unauthorized access, data leaks, misuse, or breaches that occur within the independent third-party systems of the Print Partners.
User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- • You will upload only lawful content that you have the right to reproduce.
- • You will not upload highly sensitive personal data, classified confidential documents, explicit material, or illegal content (e.g., counterfeit currency).
- • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your print instructions (e.g., color, sizing) and the resolution quality of your files. PrintEasy acts as a blind conduit and does not review, verify, or correct uploaded content.
Orders, Pricing, and Refunds
Finality of Orders: Orders are processed automatically based on user-provided specifications. Due to the consumable nature of the service, once printing has commenced at the partner shop, orders cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered and mediated by PrintEasy in cases of:
- • Complete non-fulfillment or cancellation of the order by the Print Partner.
- • A material, proven deviation from your requested specifications directly caused by a Print Partner error (e.g., printing black and white instead of requested color).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- • PrintEasy, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the actions of a Print Partner.
- • PrintEasy’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
- • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrintEasy from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising out of:
- • Your uploaded User Content (including copyright infringement claims).
- • Your violation of any applicable laws.
- • Your violation of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
PrintEasy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform with or without notice, where reasonably necessary, if we detect a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or the upload of strictly prohibited/unlawful material.
Platform Availability & Force Majeure
Platform Availability: PrintEasy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We may periodically take the Platform offline for maintenance or upgrades.
Force Majeure: PrintEasy shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, server outages, third-party service disruptions, or government actions.
Modifications
PrintEasy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect technical or legal changes. Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
